    I hereby apply for the membership of Association of International Financial Crime Prevention for Professionals Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) and agree to be nominated to become a member of the Association.
    I hereby declare that the information provided in this application form is true and correct, and understand that if there are any errors, false or forged information, the application will be revoked.
    I understand that the relevant information may be circulated to the board of directors, committees and/or relevant representatives of the Association to handle membership application and review, record keeping, conference newsletter, event promotion and other related purposes.

    1. Application approval
    Acknowledgement email will be sent to applicants upon the receipt of application form. The result of application will be sent to your email within 15 working days.
    2. Privacy Policy Statement
    The Association pledges to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and we will ensure compliance by our staff with standards of security and confidentiality. Information collected, including name, firm name, phone number, email address and postal address, will only be used for the purpose of processing and following up on the application or general enquires related to our Association.
